Hormones sabotaging your progress?

You’ll constantly struggle to make significant physique progress if you’re guilty of this…

You need to know your patterns;

 if you hold water, get constipated, struggle with quality sleep, feel more puffy or fluffy, have worse body image, more cravings or more hunger, if you’re more emotional/// if you’re training performance goes down or your workouts just feel like ass

Depending on what you track, scale weight can go up, your photos may look more watery, puffy or bloated…

you feel fat. you feel heavy. you feel… just ugh

If this is a trigger for you to cut your calories, want to jump into what that was phase, go harder, question the process, get all moody on your checkins and body-shame yourself… add in more runs… whatever

you are only worsening the issue & most likely throwing off any consistency with your plan for your physique goals.

REACTIVE DIETING doesn’t lead to any productive outcome.

If you’re doing all the things to reach your health and physique goals, tracking your cycle matters but also understanding that not every cycle will be the same.

Stop reacting to the data and stop being a dick head to yourself.

 If you can’t be objective, lean on your coach and learn some self-compassion
